Do I save money?
Yes, you'll automatically receive 25% off your first order.

Can I add my loyalty points to my order?
Yes, you can! Simply log in at least one day before your next order is due to be generated and you can choose to add your loyalty points to your next order.
Can I change my dog's meals?
Yes, you can log in at any point to change products, add products and remove products at any time, as long as it's the day before the next order is produced.
You can even add additional extras at any time for a one off order.
Are there free gifts with Subscriptions?
Yes!
When you make a new subscription, you'll receive a free gift with orders 1, 2 and 3.
Order 1 - when you add to cart a subscription product, you'll get the change to choose your free supplement - make sure you add your subscription product to cart so you can select your free gift!
Order 2- a free 70g bag of Wee Salmon Crunchies will be automatically added to your 2nd order
Order 3 - a free 500ml bottle of Salmon Oil will be added to your 3rd order.
We are unable to change the free gifts added to your order, and all gifts are while stocks last. If the product offered is unavailable, a suitable alternative will be suggested or supplied.
Can I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription at any point, as long as it's at least one day before your next order is due to be processed. Simply log into the subscription portal to cancel.
I'm going on holiday when my next order is due, what should I do?
Simply log into our subscription portal where you can postpone or skip an order, or to change the date of your next order.
I need to change my address
If you need to update your address, make sure you update it both in your Wilsons personal account AND in your subscriptions portal.
This is because when you set up your subscription you chose the address to send it to so make sure you update in your subscription portal too.
I have a discount code, can I use it on my subscription?
Only limited discount codes are available to be used on first subscription orders. Please check terms and conditions for more details.
If you want to use a discount code on a current subscription, as long as it's applicable with subscriptions, you can log in to add your code to your next order.
I'm having some difficulty with my subscription, what can I do?
Our Customer Service team can help with any issues you might have, simply give us an email or call us on 01250 798 298. We are available 8am-4pm every weekday and aim to get back to you as quickly as possible.
