What are the changes? 

We’re making changes to our Loyalty Club that’ll allow you to earn more points and give you more flexibility to use your points for money off your Wilsons Pet Food orders. 

• You’ll now earn 5 points per £1 you spend online at www.wilsonspetfood.co.uk. That’s more than double what you earn today! 

• You can now redeem your Loyalty Points for money-off vouchers up to £50. Currently, you can only redeem Loyalty Points for a maximum money-off voucher of £10 per order, so that’s up to 5x more savings than before! 

• There will be even more opportunities for you to earn and redeem Loyalty Points throughout the year with our Loyalty Club exclusive offers. 

What can I earn Loyalty Points on? 

You’ll earn 5 Loyalty Points for every £1 you spend at www.wilsonspetfood.co.uk. It’s as simple as that! No  catches. 

You can also earn Loyalty Points by completing the following activities: 

• Create an account – 200 points 

• ‘Re-fur’ a friend – 1,000 points 

• Stalk us on Instagram – 25 points 

• Review your order – Up to 150 points 

• Give us a like on Facebook – 25 points 

• Sign up to our emails – 500 points (that’s £5 off an order!) 

As a member of our Loyalty Club you’ll also be eligible for a range of exclusive offers too, so make sure you’re  signed up to our emails to make the most of your membership! 

I’ve signed up for Wilsons Pet Food emails and received a discount code for 15% off my first order. I’ve also received 500 Loyalty Points that can be redeemed for £5 off an order. Can I use the 15% discount code and £5 money-off voucher together on my first order? 

You can only use one discount/voucher code per order. This means that you cannot apply your 15% off code  and a money-off voucher code against the same order, but you can, of course use them separately on two  orders. 

How do I redeem my Loyalty Points? 

If you’re placing a one-off order, or creating a new subscription order you’ll see your available points balance at  checkout and you can simply choose to use any eligible points right away to save money on your order. You’ll  need to have at least 500 points (£5 savings) and can use a maximum of 5,000 points (£50 savings) on any one  order.

If you’d like to use your points to save on an existing, upcoming subscription order, you’ll need to convert your  Loyalty Points to a money-off voucher first. You can do this by logging into your Wilsons Loyalty Club account and heading to ‘rewards’. Simply follow the instructions on-screen to create your money-off voucher, and don’t  forget to copy your unique voucher code once completed. 

You can redeem your Loyalty Points for money-off vouchers up to £50 in value: 

500 points = £5 off 

1,000 points = £10 off 

1,500 points = £15 off 

2,000 points = £20 off 

3,000 points = £30 off 

4,000 points = £40 off 

5,000 points = £50 off 

Please note that only one discount code or money-off voucher can be used on any one order. 

I want to redeem Loyalty Points for a money-off voucher, but I’m not sure which one to use. 

Sadly, we’re unable to change the name of our loyalty money-off vouchers at the moment and we know they can be a little confusing. Essentially, for each denomination (£5, £10 etc) there’s an voucher option for those  who’d like to use their money off against an existing subscription order, and one for all other orders (one-off orders and new subscription orders). Check out the table below for more information on which reward voucher  to use. 

Don’t forget, if you don’t already have a subscription with us you can redeem your loyalty points at checkout  when placing an order. If you redeem points for money off at checkout you can also redeem any number of  points for money off with a minimum of 500 points (£5) and maximum of 5,000 points (£50).

How do I apply my money-off voucher to an upcoming, existing subscription order? 

Once you’ve created your money-off voucher, head to ‘My account’ and select ‘Manage my subscriptions’ at  wilsonspetfood.co.uk. 

Once you’ve found the subscription you’d like to add your voucher to, select the ‘+Add discount’ option located  underneath the ‘manage this subscription’ text (screenshot below). You’ll be asked to enter your discount  code, so simply paste your money-off voucher code and then hit ‘apply discount code’ and you’ll be all set. 

If I redeem my Loyalty Points for a money-off voucher, how long is the voucher valid for? 

Any money-off vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Any unused money-off vouchers will  expire after this time and will no longer be available for use. 

If I redeem my Loyalty Points for a money-off voucher, will this voucher be stored on my Wilsons Pet Food  account for when I place a future order? 

No. If you redeem your points for a money-off voucher, you’ll receive the money-off code on the screen  immediately which you can copy and paste to use right away. 

If you don’t use your money-off voucher code immediately, you can find the code details later by logging into  your Wilsons Loyalty Club account and heading to ‘my rewards’. 

Remember though, you don’t need to redeem your points for a money-off voucher unless you’re applying the  discount to an existing subscription order. Your points balance will be displayed to you when you’re at the  checkout stage of placing a one-off order (or creating a new subscription order) and you can easily select to  redeem any number of points (minimum 500, maximum 5,000) during this process to save money off your  order. 

Am I eligible to join the Wilsons Loyalty Club? 

Anyone can join the Wilsons Loyalty Club, as long as you’re an individual (not a business like a shop, breeder  etc) who shops on our website for award-winning Wilsons Pet Food recipes! 

How do I join the Wilsons Loyalty Club? 

Simply head over to wilsonspetfood.co.uk/pages/loyaltyclub to join.

Can I claim Loyalty Points for purchases made before I joined the Wilsons Loyalty Club? 

When you join the Wilsons Loyalty Club we’ll automatically add Loyalty Points to your account for purchases  made up to 3 months before this date. Any purchases made more than 3 months before joining the Loyalty  Club will not be eligible for accruing Loyalty Points. 

Can I transfer Loyalty Points to someone else? 

No. Any points you earn will be allocated to your Wilsons Loyalty Club account and can only be used by  yourself. Points are non-transferrable. No cash alternative is available. 

Can I redeem Loyalty Points for a voucher, to be used by someone else? 

No. You are the only person who can use any money-off vouchers linked to your Wilsons Loyalty Club account.

Will my Loyalty Points expire? 

Any unused loyalty points will expire 12 months from the date of issue. 

How long do I have to use my Loyalty Points? 

You must use any Loyalty Points you earn within 12 months from the date they appear in your Wilsons Loyalty  Club account. Any Loyalty Points not used within this 12-month period will expire and be removed from your  account.
