How do I serve my food?
Cold pressed is simple - just tip it in a bowl, slow feeder, pot plant. Whatever you use. Just make sure to use the feeding guides to put the right amount in.
If you are mixing with raw food, you can feed both at same time as they break down at similar rates.
Always make sure there is fresh water available.
How do I switch to Wilsons Pet Food?
When switching from other food, we recommend starting gradually by adding a small amount of new raw food so that it makes up roughly 25% of the meal. Increase gradually over the course of 7 days until you've fully swapped.
What if my dog gets sick?
While many dogs' stomachs can easily learn new tricks, some are a little slower, so we recommend following our switching instructions for a smooth transition period. It will help your dog adjust its digestive enzyme release, alter stomach pH, adapt intestinal microbiome and promote healthy digestion.
If your dog has loose stool at any stage - reduce the amount of food for 3 days and give their stomach time to stabilise.
How do I store my food?
Keep it in it's pouch in a dry and cool area in the house. Simple
Where is your food made?
Our food is made in Scotland in factories which have approval for making pet food.
Why cold pressed?
It is the best dry food we can make. Less heat, less processing, more goodness. Simple.
What should I do if my dog has any allergens?
Recipes and ingredients are available online so always check first. But don't be afraid to get in touch to check.
Is your packaging recyclable?
Our pouches are all recyclable, however we recommend recycling your pouches with TerraCycle as some councils may not recycle your pouches.
How much is delivery?
For most of the UK, if you spend £30 or more, we provide free delivery. For orders under £30 there is a flat charge of £3.50. (terms, conditions and rates may apply depending on delivery zones**)

When will the product get shipped?
Orders received before 10.00 a.m. Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10.00 a.m., or over the weekend, will be shipped the next working day.UK bank holidays are not classed as a working day, so please allow an extra day or two for delivery.
What happens if I am not at home?
When placing your order, please check that your address, contact details and safe place information is up to date. We may not ship the parcel without this information.
How can I track my order?
If you log onto your account on our website you will be able to track you parcel. you will also get regular updates from our courier DPD.
I live outside the UK, can I place an order?
We can ship internationally but the price varies quite significantly depending on location. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
What should I do if my parcel is damaged?
If you have accepted the parcel before realising it was damaged, or the parcel has been left in a safe place when you were unavailable for inspection, then please take a photograph of the damaged item and contact us within 24 hours in order that we can take the necessary action and resend or refund you accordingly.
