Cold pressed is easy to feed, simply check your dog's weight against our feeding guidelines and measure this out and pop into your dog's bowl.

If you are mixing with raw food, you can feed both at same time as they break down at similar rates.

Always make sure there is fresh water available. 

We advise that when you receive your order, simply put 3 days worth of food into the fridge to get started and pop the rest into the freezer then you will need to take food out going forward as and when needed. Always make sure you give yourself enough time to ensure it is fully defrosted before feeding.

Yes you can feed a mixture of both cold pressed at same time as raw as they break down at similar rates.

We do not recommending feeding raw food with kibble as it could knot in the dog's stomach.

When switching from other food, we recommend starting gradually by adding a small amount of new food so that it makes up roughly 25% of the meal. Increase gradually over the course of 7 days until you've fully swapped.

While many dogs' stomachs can easily learn new tricks, some are a little slower, so we recommend following our switching instructions for a smooth transition period. It will help your dog adjust its digestive enzyme release, alter stomach pH, adapt intestinal microbiome and promote healthy digestion. 

If your dog has loose stool at any stage - reduce the amount of food for 3 days and give their stomach time to stabilise.

Store Cold Pressed in it's bag in a dry and cool space, and Raw Frozen food should be kept in the freezer until you pop it in the fridge to defrost. Our Raw Frozen food also comes in a resealable pouch.

Our food is made in Scotland in factories which have approval for making pet food.

It's easy to feed, dry dog food which is cooked with less heat and less processing, leaving all the essential nutrients your dog needs.

Our pouches are all recyclable, however we recommend recycling your pouches with TerraCycle as some councils may not recycle your pouches.  


For most of the UK, if you spend £30 or more, we provide free delivery. For orders under £30 there is a flat charge of £3.50. (terms, conditions and rates may apply depending on delivery zones**)

Due to the nature of our Raw Frozen products, we only deliver to certain postcodes on the UK mainland.  Orders made from the following postcodes will be refunded. Sorry!AB36-38, AB55-56, BT1-58, BT60-99, FK17-21, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27, KA28, KW1-14, KW15-99, PA20-99, PH19-99, ZE 

Orders received before 10.00 a.m. Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10.00 a.m., or over the weekend, will be shipped the next working day. UK bank holidays are not classed as a working day, so please allow an extra day or two for delivery.

We deliver raw frozen on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in order to avoid orders spoiling over the weekend.

We ship our products with DPD next day as per above guidelines. It is crucial that when ordering you nominate a safe place to leave the parcel as they will get destroyed if they go back to depot.

We use a recyclable paper insulation and dry ice to make sure your Raw Frozen arrives in top condition

When placing your order, please check that your address, contact details and safe place information is up to date. We may not ship the parcel without this information. 

If you log onto your account on our website you will be able to track you parcel. you will also get regular updates from our courier DPD. 

We can ship internationally but the price varies quite significantly depending on location. Please email for more information.

If you have accepted the parcel before realising it was damaged, or the parcel has been left in a safe place when you were unavailable for inspection, then please take a photograph of the damaged item and contact us within 24 hours in order that we can take the necessary action and resend or refund you accordingly.
