Refund policy
RETURNING AND REFUND POLICY FOR WILSONS PRODUCTS
If you wish to return any dry product to us for any reason please do so within 10 days of the delivery date. To receive a full refund, items must not have been used and must be returned to us with their original packaging intact. The easiest way for you to return items is to follow these 3 steps:
1) Pack everything securely. Please include your order number and covering note.
2) State the reason for your return.

We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and obtain proof of postage as we are not liable for any loss or damage whilst in transit.
As soon as we receive the returned item we will issue a full refund to the card with which you made your purchase. This refund is subject to standard bank clearing times and depending on the payment method can take up to 7 working days.
If you bought from Wilsons Pet Food from a store, you will need to contact the store you purchased from directly to discuss your query and process a return if required.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to cancel it. There is a short window of opportunity after your order is placed where we may be able to cancel it before it is picked, packed, and sent from our warehouse.
If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped to you, you must return any returnable goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
*If you cancel part of your order which was subject to a conditional Sale, Promotion or Free Delivery offer, the Sale, Promotion or Free Delivery offer may cease to apply. If you subsequently return any items, we reserve the right to charge you for the discount you received as part of any conditional Sale, Promotion or Free Delivery offer.

Once you’ve decided what you want to buy, you can pay through Stripe, our payment processing agent who accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Euro card, American Express, Maestro and Solo cards online.

IF YOU BOUGHT WILSONS PET FOOD FROM A STORE
You will need to contact the store you purchased from directly to discuss your query and process a return if required. We are unable to accept returns for items that were not purchased directly with us at www.wilsonspetfood.co.uk.
