Our clever steaming process means our nutrient packed pouches can be kept in your cupboard, AND we don’t use any artificial preservatives. Pretty amazing, right?! Plus, all the natural juices from our tasty ingredients are locked in during our gentle process meaning every mouthful is moreish and moist.

What's in the sample pack?

Your dog will get to try two of our delicious Fresh Dog Food pouches, and you can choose from Adult or Puppy varieties.

You'll receive two flavours of our food to give it a try at home, and not that we're smug, but we're pretty sure they're going to love it!

Looking to try a certain flavour?

Your sample pack will contain two flavours chosen at random, but if you're looking to try a specific flavour, our small packs of 8 pouches are perfect for trying their favourite protein at home!

Our Puppy sample pack will include one of both of our Puppy Fresh Food.

Please use this information as a guide. Your dog’s breed, condition and activity levels should also be considered as well as regular weight monitoring to adjust feeding quantities as required. If you are unsure, please check with your vet.

Take care not to overfeed. Our food is more nutritionally dense which means your dog may require less food than you currently feed.

Please ensure your dog always has access to fresh water.

New to fresh?

We recommend switching slowly from current food to ensure adjustment. Feed Fresh as a separate meal while switching over.

Day 1-3 Switch 25% of current food

Day 4-6 Switch 50% of current food

Day 7-9 Switch 75% of current food

Day 9+ Feed 100% of Wilsons food

Store in a cool, dry place. If decanting use a breathable container.

Delivery

For most of the UK, you’ll receive free shipping on orders over £30, and for orders under £30 you’ll pay a £4.21 delivery fee. Please note that our Cold Pressed and Raw Food sample boxes automatically have free delivery applied to them, irrespective of whether the order value is less than £30.

For some parts of Scotland, we currently cannot deliver Raw Frozen Food and due to their location there are higher delivery fees for Cold Pressed Dry Food. Customers who live in these areas will pay £9.52 for orders under £30 and £5.31 for orders over £30. See full list of restrictions here >

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days of you placing your order with us. You’ll receive an automated email to let you know when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information so you can stay up to date on your delivery’s progress. UK bank holidays are not classed as a working day, so please allow an extra day or two for dispatch. Samples may take up to 10 working days for dispatch.

Raw Frozen Food orders: We will only deliver Raw Frozen Food on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday to avoid deliveries defrosting and spoiling whilst in transit.
