Feeding Guide
Please use this information as a guide. Your dog’s breed, condition and activity levels should also be considered as well as regular weight monitoring to adjust feeding quantities as required. If you are unsure, please check with your vet.
Take care not to overfeed. Our food is more nutritionally dense which means your dog may require less food than you currently feed.
Please ensure your dog always has access to fresh water.
New to cold pressed?
We recommend switching slowly from current food to ensure adjustment. Feel cold pressed as a separate meal while switching over.
Day 1-3 Switch 25% of current food
Day 4-6 Switch 50% of current food
Day 7-9 Switch 75% of current food
Day 9+ Feed 100% of Wilsons food
Store in a cool, dry place. If decanting use a breathable container.
Delivery
For most of the UK, you’ll receive free shipping on orders over £30, and for orders under £30 you’ll pay a £4.21 delivery fee. Please note that our Cold Pressed and Raw Food sample boxes automatically have free delivery applied to them, irrespective of whether the order value is less than £30.
For some parts of Scotland, we currently cannot deliver Raw Frozen Food and due to their location there are higher delivery fees for Cold Pressed Dry Food. Customers who live in these areas will pay £9.52 for orders under £30 and £5.31 for orders over £30. See full list of restrictions here >
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days of you placing your order with us. You’ll receive an automated email to let you know when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information so you can stay up to date on your delivery’s progress. UK bank holidays are not classed as a working day, so please allow an extra day or two for dispatch. Samples may take up to 10 working days for dispatch.
Raw Frozen Food orders: We will only deliver Raw Frozen Food on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday to avoid deliveries defrosting and spoiling whilst in transit.

My little white dog had started Wilson’s white fish cold pressed after I discovered he was allergic to poultry (red paws and itching ). He loves it and dances around if I only touch the bag it comes in. He has solid poos and never has bad breath or wind. I recommend Wilson’s cold pressed to other dog owners

Although my dog eats all the food, there is a huge increase in the amount of water being drunk. Has anyone else had this with their dog?

It's great to hear that your furry friend is enjoying our food and eating it all up! Regarding the increased water intake, this can sometimes happen when transitioning to a new diet. Our recipes are carefully balanced with the right amount of moisture, but every dog is different and may require varying amounts of water. You could also try adding a small amount of cold water just before you give the bowl to your dog, and see if it helps!
If the increased thirst persists or concerns you, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian to rule out any underlying health issues. They can provide personalized advice based on your dog's specific needs.

My working Cocker has been fed raw since birth. His favourite was tripe and oily fish! Raw food is really messy, smells and is so difficult for holidays, etc. So I decided to wean him off and was recommended cold pressed food. It took about a week and I add salmon oil but he now loves it. From my point of view I love the convenience and quality. I also use the food as dog treats for training.

My senior dog Toby was having some digestive issues and after a quick email to Wilson’s they recommended the cold pressed fish for Toby … In short it’s been a success!!!! Yay !
He also really enjoys it where he could be fussy over some of his other foods …. Being completely honest the food doesn’t look incredibly appetising but i think most foods that do are catered to what the owner thinks . It ticks all the boxes and Toby is a happy boy
