The easy way to have Wilsons delivered regularly
If you love the ease of ordering Wilsons Pet Food online and having it sent straight to your door, did you know that we've made it even easier to get Wilsons delivered?
We now offer dog food subscriptions where we dispatch your food on a regular basis, without you needing to place another order!
How does it work?
You choose your dog's favourite meal and how often you need it delivered, then we'll automatically process this each time for you and you'll receive an email when it's on its way.
How do I set it up?
It's simple - first find your dogs favourite food on our website, select "Cold Pressed/Raw Frozen Subscription" and add to cart.
Once you've processed your order you will be able to choose from three different delivery frequencies; every 2 weeks, 4 weeks or 6 weeks.
That's it! We'll then keep an eye on when you need your next order and will deliver it directly to you.
When will I receive my next order?
The frequency of your order will determine when we dispatch the next order.
For example, if you select every 2 weeks, our factory will be automatically notified of your order at the end of the 2 weeks and we will begin to fulfil the order for you. Your order will then be dispatched and delivered in our usual delivery times.
What if I want to mix up flavours?
If you want to change your cold pressed flavours you can either log back in on our website at any time to change your flavour before your next order is generated.
Another option is you can create multiple subscriptions with different flavours. For example, you could create a 4 week subscription for Succulent Chicken, and then two weeks later you could create a second 4 week subscription for Grass Fed Lamb. You will then be getting a delivery every 2 weeks but it will alternate between the two flavours.
When you place your Raw Frozen subscription, you can notify us which flavours you would like to order by choosing the "Variety Raw" option and ticking the flavours you'd like.
You also have the option of logging into your account at any time to add/remove any flavours you'd like.
Can I cancel my subscription
Yes you can cancel your subscription at any time within your subscription frequency, but it must be before your next subscription order is processed.
