UPDATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO GET THE DISCOUNT

Sadly, the Black Friday discount code cannot be added to a repeat order – so if you’d like to make the most of our biggest ever discount you’ll need to place a one off order to include the items you’d like and then add the code.
 
If your next subscription order is due to be processed during the Black Friday offer period, or soon after you may want to follow the steps below to skip your next delivery to take advantage of our biggest sale ever. 

HOW TO UPDATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

1. Log into your Wilsons customer account here >
 
or follow the next few steps to log in on mobile:
> Select the navigation menu (a small icon consisting of 3 small horizontal lines located between the search tool and basket/dog bowl icons.
> Select ‘Log in’ from the text options that appear underneath the main navigation options for the site.
> Follow the instructions on screen to log in to your Wilsons customer account.

2. Once logged in to your account, select ‘Subscriptions’ which is highlighted in an orange box next to ‘Log out’

3. On this page you’ll be able to view all the current subscriptions you have with us. Once you’ve located the subscription you’d like to pause or skip your next delivery of, select the subscription reference number you’ll see located in a black box at the top right hand side of each subscription.

4. On this page you’ll be able to view the specific details of your chosen subscription, and at the bottom of the page you’ll see the options available to you for making changes including Edit, Pause, Cancel & Skip next order.

5. Simply select the option you’d like to apply to your subscription and follow any on screen instructions to apply to your subscription.
